How It Works:

Our Second Chance Guarantor Program is a 1 year program offered to credit challenged renters, whereas we will provide our clients with a new credit profile to obtain a rental property without using their personal credit, at any rental property that would accept a first time renter or no credit renter. This method is to help our client build up their positive rental history and credit score during the 1 year period.

During the client’s 1 year lease agreement we help report their on-time rental payments to the credit bureaus under their actual credit profile associated with their social security number, to improve the client’s credit score which will help with approvals for credit and/or rentals in the future.
 
Our company is dedicated to getting our client’s approved into an apartment as soon as possible regardless of any of the following credit blemishes: Evictions, Broken Leases, Unpaid balances to previous complexes, Bad credit, Foreclosures, and Bankruptcy.

  • Must have provable income.

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Total Pricing and Fees To Join Program:

  • Application Fee to Join Program: $100.00 - Refundable If Not Approved into the program.

  • Registered Renters Identification Number: $150.00.

  • Client is also expected to pay any admin, application, and security deposit fees required by the property manager or landlord to move into the rental property.

What is the Refund Policy?

We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee Refund Policy if the client isn’t approved into a rental property within 30 days. However the average move-in time in our program is 10 to 15 days after the client makes the final payment into the program, depending on the client’s desired move-in date.

Any client who requests a refund will be granted one, so long as they give us a fair shot to get them approved at their selected rental property.

What is a Renters ID number and what is its purpose?

A renter’s ID number is an In-house Corporate identifier and new credit profile of the renter. It’s a way for us, the property manager/landlord, and clients to identify which client is which so we don’t get your case confuse with other cases. The Renters ID Number is also used on the Rental Application to identify the renter as an extra layer of protection for our client’s personal credit to remain private during the application and screening process. The Renters ID number is a new Credit Profile that’s associated with our client’s name, then registered with the major credit bureaus to assist our clients in getting approved for housing rentals without using their personal credit.

  • STEP 1

    Apply To Our Second Chance Guarantor Program:

    Submit your desired location for renting a property, monthly rental budget, move in date, monthly income, and other unique details. We help our customers rent almost any apartment, condo, or housing option of their choice using our approval method.

    Application Fee and Sign Up Fee: $100.00.

  • STEP 2

    Search, Tour, and Select a Rental Property of your choice:

    After you’ve been approve into the program, you will be provided with directions to select your rental property.

    After you’ve selected the rental property you want, you will be provided a link to pay the Renters ID number fee of $150.00, then provided directions on how to apply to your selected rental property once your Renters ID number is delivered to you via email.

  • STEP 3

    Get Approved! and Move In!

    The only standard requirement is you must have provable income, can reasonably afford the monthly rent, and pass a criminal background check.

    After you are provided your Renters ID number, you will be given detailed directions on how to apply to your selected rental property using the Renters ID number, and your on-time monthly rental payments will be reported to the credit bureaus in association with your social security number’s credit profile on a monthly basis to help boost your credit score. We will provide you customer support until your lease expires.
